ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

In addition to the reduced per-night rate, we have the following discounts:

Stay 5 nights get 1 night half-price*(Value Season excluded)
Stay 7 nights get 1 night free*(Value Season excluded)

If multiple weekends are booked, a discount would also apply, based on the total number of nights booked with us (i.e. 3 weekends = 6 nights - 1 night is 1/2 price, 4 weekends = 8 nights - 1 night is free).

Rates are on a per-night basis.  An advance deposit of 20% is required within seven days of making your reservation.  The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival date.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed on the property (not our rule)

SEASONAL RENTALS: 

The condo may be rented for the summer or winter season, provided there is availability. Please contact us with any questions regarding seasonal rentals.

WINTER SEASON RATE - $5,000.00 (01/02/2010 - 04/01/2010)  This rate includes all utilities, use of all amenities, and housekeeping prior to check in and after checkout.  Once dates are booked in the winter, we can no longer offer a seasonal rental.  To reserve for the season, a $500.00 deposit is required.  The remaining balance can be paid in installments monthly.
